All Wagenswest beams after about 2009 have a top adjuster that has been rotated 180 degrees to the front of the bus.

This is to clear the shift rod.

This also means, if you are using a Wagenswest beam you will need to drill the top spring pack on the other side. ‘SEE PHOTO’
